Conwy is a walled Town situated on the banks of the River Conwy in Conwy County, North Wales. The magnificent Edwardian Castle and town walls of Conwy are a World Heritage Site and after a visit to the town you will understand why they have been chosen for this award.

The Smallest House in Britain is situated in a beautiful position on the quayside in Conwy. North Wales. This red painted one up one down measures only 1.8m wide by 3.05m high; Built as a fisherman’s cottage, the last person to live in the cottage, Robert Jones who was 6' 3" tall.

Aberconwy House is a 14th Century merchant’s house; this is the only medieval merchant’s house in Conwy to have survived the turbulent history of the walled town over nearly six centuries. Furnished rooms and an audio-visual presentation show daily life from different periods in its history. National Trust property.

Conwy Brewery began brewing in 2003 and has quickly grown to be one of the most well known and respected brewers in North Wales. A wide variety of quality cask and bottle conditioned ales are brewed from mainstream brands to short-run speciality/guest beers.

Conwy Castle is a gritty, dark stoned fortress which has the rare ability to evoke an authentic medieval atmosphere; constructed by the English monarch Edward I between 1283 and 1289 as one of the key fortresses in his ‘iron ring’ of castles to contain the Welsh, was built to prompt such a humbling reaction.

The Conwy Estuary Nature Reserve is a large wildlife reserve operated by the RSPB and is located on the banks of the Conwy estuary, with magnificent views of Snowdonia and Conwy Castle, this reserve is delightful at any time of year.

Conwy Suspension Bridge - was one of the first road suspension bridges in the world. Located in the medieval town of Conwy, it is now only passable on foot. The bridge is now in the care of the National Trust. It originally carried the A55 road.
